Registration Phase: 17 August - 4 October 2011, 9:00AM to 6:00 PM

Pre-testing window: 5 October - 21 October 2011, 9:00AM to 6:00 PM from Mondays
to Saturdays.
Testing window: 22 October - 18 November 2011, 8:00AM to 7:00PM daily
Post-testing window: 19 November - 31 January 2012, 9:00AM to 6:00pm
